Jurimesh

Overview

Jurimesh is an AI legal tech company based in Ghent, building tools that automate due diligence for legal and M&A teams. Traditional due diligence is slow and manual, requiring lawyers to read through massive volumes of contracts and documents to flag risks, obligations, and inconsistencies. Jurimesh uses AI to speed up that process, surfacing relevant clauses and risks automatically so legal teams can focus on judgment calls instead of document triage.

I work part-time as a software developer on the team, contributing across the stack. On the frontend, I build and maintain parts of the React application that legal teams use to review and interact with analyzed documents. On the backend, I work on the Fastify and Rust services that handle document processing and serve the application. I also collaborate closely with the rest of the team on UI decisions and on optimizing how the AI pipeline performs, both in terms of speed and output quality.
